Chuck The Cat
I had the pleasure of working on Chuck The Cat for Poodle Shark Games as a freelance technical UI artist. When I jumped onto the project the UI was mostly temporary placeholder content and the only art done was a concept for the title screen made by the creative director.
Since the team was small I got the opportunity to work on both the art asset creation as well as technical scripting/implementation. I have to give a huge thank you to the director Ben Shore for mentorship throughout the project.
- Scripted logic and shaders for various screens using C#/HLSL.
- Optimized runtime performance and reduced memory size on disk using Unity profiler.
